We also have a financing arrangement with Intact Insurance Company through Esquire Financial Network Inc., which holds a minority equity interest in Expo Insurance Brokers Inc. and WC McLaughlin, a division of Expo Insurance Brokers Inc. It\u2019s important to note that this arrangement does not grant Intact Insurance any control or influence over our operations, and there are no volume or premium conditions associated with it.
